CUSTOM ORDER FORM

For custom orders, please include measurements and references so I can provide a more accurate quote. It takes about 3-4 weeks to complete a project since I use one large frame to complete a month's worth of custom orders. If there are any changes to the schedule, I will promptly notify you. I ship through USPS, and their average US domestic shipping time is 2-3 days.

If a custom rug has a custom name, the total estimated price is due before tufting begins.
